Southfield Capital Hires Chris Grambling as Vice President.

GREENWICH, CT - Southfield Capital, a premier lower middle market private equity firm, announced today that Chris Grambling has joined as a Vice President. Chris will be responsible for assessment of new investment opportunities, execution of day-to-day investment processes and monitoring of the firm’s portfolio companies. The addition of Chris illustrates Southfield’s commitment to strengthening its investment team.

Prior to joining Southfield, Chris was a Senior Associate at A&M Capital Opportunities, a $500 million private equity fund focused on growth-oriented investments. While at A&M Capital, Chris provided origination, structuring, execution, and operational support on a number of transactions across several industries. Prior to joining A&M Capital, Chris was a Senior Associate at RFE Investment Partners, a $250 million middle-market private equity fund focused on growing companies in the niche manufacturing, business services and healthcare services industries. Previously, Chris was an Associate of TAP Advisors, a boutique investment banking and advisory firm. Chris began his career as an Analyst in the M&A group at Deutsche Bank Securities.

Chris received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Financial Economics from Vanderbilt University. He resides in Darien, CT with his wife, two sons and two dogs.
